2013 - Let it begin!

Our online underwater photo-video competition has just started this year.

First of all, we would like to thank to all who submitted photos and video snapshots to the first contest in January. We just began the voting so we encourage all registered members to come, see the works and vote!

Maybe you missed the first contest of January but don't worry, there'll be a new contest every month. Here you can find the subjects:

February	Wrecks	Photos of any kind of underwater wrecks.
March	Turtle	Photos of any kind of turtles.
April	Reds	Underwater photos of red colored animals.
May	Open competition
June	Nudibranch	Photos of any kind of nudibranch.
July	Race	Images which shows an underwater "race" or the fast moving of an animal or diver.
August	Shootout competition	The best photos of the Red Sea liveaboard trip.
September	Night Shift	Photos taken during a night dive.
October	Pattern	Underwater animals with special pattern.
November	Corals	Photos of any kind of warm or cold water corals.
December	Cephalopoda	Underwater photos of octopus or cuttlefish.

As you can notice, there are two special months. The so-called open competition will be a surprise for every photographers- stay tuned for the details, or join our Facebook page to get the latest news. In August there'll be the public voting of the shootout competition. Yes, it'll be the 4th year in a row when we spend a week on the board of Cassiopeia and do a really photographer friendly trip. It means we prefer shallow places with many things to see, we spend the whole day in specific dive spots, we never hurry but have a great time. It's far the best chance to improve your photography skills while you enjoy the beatiful, warm Red Sea in the end of July. If you're interested in this trip, send us a message!
