This is a large whale shark feeding on bison shrimp at Thaa attol in the Maldives. The local fisherman use large ark lights to bring up small bait fish from depths but this in turn attracts plankton which this four meter shark has learnt is an easy meal. This image displays the gulping action used by the whale shark to filter feed at the surface.
